Mangrove Arts Africa is a registered nonprofit organization in Liberia, committed to promoting arts education, literacy, and educational access for youth. Our financial aid program assists students from primary through high school, breaking barriers to education and fostering pathways for lasting success. We believe that when young individuals are equipped with the tools to imagine, write, and create, they not only express themselves but also start to transform their futures and communities.
Our work is both creative and deeply tangible. To date, we support 26 students in primary and high school through our financial aid program, expanding access to education for those who need it most. We have delivered arts and literacy programs across schools in Montserrado and Margibi counties, equipping young people with the tools to read, write, and think critically. Through strong partnerships with local schools and community organizations, we have created meaningful platforms for youth expression, where storytelling, poetry, and performance become not only acts of creativity, but pathways to confidence, voice, and opportunity.
